This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the motor way exit at Klavdia the apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required. A £100 security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection). This thoughtfully furnished apartment occupies a splendid position on the ground floor of three within the impressive Elysian Fields Spa Resort in Tersefanou just slightly west of Larnaca city. Newly completed in spring 2010 it benefits from a spacious patio which provides wonderful place to relax and dine. The owners have provided full air conditioning to ensure that guests are kept cool and satellite TV providing movies and series along with news channels for guests to enjoy. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which incorporates washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery. The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge diner where a comfortable sofa bed, two seat sofa, coffee table and TV/DVD are located. The dedicated dining area has been furnished with table and chairs to accommodate four. The apartment has window blinds fitted on all windows. The bedroom, furnished with a king size double, has ample storage space with numerous fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has shower facilities and is fresh and modern with all necessary linen provided. The lounge area opens out onto the patio a place to relax and dine and at the same time offers splendid views across the resort pool and beautiful gardens. This tastefully well equipped easy access has everything that may be required for the perfect break.
