A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cheque. The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required. A £100 security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection).Prices on application for stays of 3 weeks or more. Our English speaking agent is on hand to meet and greet all guests and as a contact during the visit and to answer all questions. Car hire can be arranged either from airport or at the apartment. This wonderfully spacious, air-conditioned apartment located in Kiti village is furnished to a very high standard. It is open plan, the L-shape design separating the lounge from the kitchen. The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven hob and extractor along with microwave and water dispenser. The lounge has two sofas one of which is a bed-sofa along with coffee table. The owner has installed a flat screen 32" LCD television along with a DVD player and satellite system providing English spoken movies, news and series. The lounge area opens out via full length glass patio doors onto a large balcony which has been furnished with an additional dining table and a seating area with comfortable sofas and chairs. The balcony provides a wonderful place to relax during the sunny Cypriot days and warm inviting evenings. The balcony offers views across the large communal pool and out to the countryside. The master bedroom has a double bed with ample wardrobe space, an en-suite shower room and also provides access to the apartment balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds, and again also has ample wardrobe space.
The family bathroom is modern and spacious with bath and shower facility over the bath with all towels and linen provided. The property is fully air conditioned and will operate both for cooling and warming the apartment throughout the whole year. The apartment can be accessed either via the elevator system or the internal staircase. Parking has been allocated for the apartment and is located beneath the property and is accessed via the entrance barrier which is electronically operated. The communal areas offer sun bathing facilities along with very large communal pool, Jacuzzi and changing rooms with WC facilities. The complex is located within walking distance of Kiti village which has numerous shops, bars, restaurants, banks, chemists and supermarkets but retains a peaceful quality set as it is away from the hub of the village. Although a vehicle is not required one may be arranged through the owners English speaking agent who will meet and greet all guests and provide a point of contact throughout the period of the holiday. Cypress Gardens is located in the traditional and peaceful coastal village of Kiti which located just 15 minutes drive south west of vibrant Larnaca city and allows easy access to the new main airport. This newly completed and very well furnished two bed, two bathroom, apartment has been fully furnished and includes large furnished balcony along with fully equipped kitchen with water dispenser, comfortable lounge area along with tv and satellite and splendid pool and countryside views.
This apartment is located in the popular traditional village of Kiti. This large village has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and is just minutes drive from the brand new airport at Larnaca. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the airport take the first exit marked Kiti and Larnaca and follow signs to Kiti. Pass through the traditional part of Kiti village and turn right as the shops come to an end. Follow road then fork left to complex. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.
