This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away.  The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other.  From the motor way exit at Klavdia the apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course.  The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting.  Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

This one bed apartment is located on the splendid Elysian Fields development in the traditional Cypriot village of Tersefanou just ten minutes from the city of Larnaca.  The apartment is on ground level with a wonderful patio area with views of the communal gardens.  The apartment is fully furnished and includes all electrical appliances including washing machine, fridge-freezer and oven and hob.  The owner has installed TV & DVD along with dining table and chairs.  The bedroom has dressing table and mirror and has an en suite bathroom with shower.  The good sized open plan lounge area has a large comfortable sofa which converts to a sofa bed to allow the apartment to accommodate up to four persons.  This apartment has great access for those to whom find mobility an issue with allocated parking outside of the apartment and good access onto the patio area through the patio window.  Everything is to hand from the apartment with free wi-fi access from the patio, large swimming pool and lush mature gardens along with the Spa.  There is a children's theme park, dreamland, just a ten minute walk away which offers all day entertainment for all the family.

This ground floor one bed apartment is located on the splendid Elysian Fields Spa Resort in Tersefanou village just minutes from the colourful and vibrant coastal city of Larnaca. The resort offers splendid spa facilities ensuring a relaxing break at any time of the year with its heated indoor pool, well equipped gym and numerous treatment rooms.  A large outdoor pool set amongst wonderful communal gardens with bar and café facilities add to this marvelous destination.
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cheque.  The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure.  If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required.  A £100 security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection).Prices on application for stays of 3 weeks or more.  Our English speaking agent is on hand to answer all of your questions.
