This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou on the edge of the forthcoming Larnaca Golf and Country Club. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away.  The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other.  From the motor way exit at Klavdia the penthouse is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course.  The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting.  Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.  Access from the island's new airport is clearly marked follow signs to Kiti then Tersefanou.
