Our Gold Management package is designed to allow you to be worry & stress free from the responsibilities of advertising, maintaining and the management of your property.
Your Property will be a fixed item on our Home page and will have enhanced formatting in the rental category selection. Upon your instruction to manage your property we will implement our New Client & Basic Gardening packages. At periods when the property is empty we will conduct our Vacant Property package. The Gold package includes unlimited Pre-Rental and Post-Rental Cleans and a standard Welcome Pack. We will act as Key Holders for you and Meet & Greet all clients on their arrival at your property.
A monthly email report will keep you up to date with anything that we feel is relevant regarding the property or Cyprus at the time.

This package is constructed to reduce the cost of management and maintenance of your property.
Airport Collection prior to Meet And Greet can also be arranged and maybe included free if your property is within 10 kilometers of the arrival airport.
Swimming Pool Maintenance will attract a 25% discount on our normal rate on the purchase of this package.

This is an annually renewable package. The package is per property and not transferable should the property change hands during the term of the package. Cyprus Home and Living will conduct unlimited pre and post rental cleans for twelve months from the date of the certificate. Discounts can be arranged for those owners will multiply properties.
