Plya is located around 15 minutes from Larnaca and can be found either by using the A3 motor way from Larnaca or the coastal route from the city. The large village of Xylofagou is a further ten minutes away and Ayia Napa a further ten. The splendid penthouse is located on the popular Blue Serenity complex at Pyla. It occupies one of the premier positions on the development allowing unbroken views of the coastline in one direction and open views to the countryside and mountains in the other. The complex benefits from allocated undercover parking, communal pool, showers and WC. The penthouse is accessed via secure external doorways which incorporate elevators and intercom systems. Once into the penthouse the quality of furnishing is the first thing that greets you. The owners have spared little expense in furnishing their property to extremely high standards.
