The initial outlay, for this service, is minimal and rather than a one-off payment, as it is for Gold or Silver packages, the remainder of the cost is as a result of rental obtained. The initial payment covers Digital Photographs & Full Inventory of the property, Key-Holding, Advert Construction and Vacant Property Management. Once the advert is live, and delivers a booking through our site, a commission is payable at various rates dependant on the length of term secured. Once a tenant has been secured we can assist in Contract completion, Property Checks, Rent Collection, Pre-Rental Cleans and General Maintenance.
