This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the motor way exit at Klavdia the apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. A car would be useful with this apartment unless you just wish to stroll to the tavernas of Tersefanou and just relax.





The British owners will require a holding deposit equal to one months agreed rental. Their desire is for a twelve month rental but will consider shorter lets dependant on the proposed tenant and agreed terms. The tenant will be responsible for the utilities, water and electricity. The local council tax is currently about 155 Euros per year.
