This well furnished studio apartment occupies a nice position on the upper floor of three within the impressive Elysian Fields Spa Resort in Tersefanou just slightly west of Larnaca city. Newly completed in spring 2010 it benefits from a good sized balcony which provides a wonderful place to relax and dine. The property has been carefully furnished to high standards to ensure that guests requirements have all been accommodated. The studio apartment is either accessed via an elevator system or by means of a staircase. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which incorporates washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery. The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge diner where two comfortable sofa beds, coffee table and TV/DVD are located. The owner has had installed a dish and decoder box that provides English spoken films and television series along with a good supply of news programmes. The studio has window blinds fitted on all windows as well as having been also dressed to add that special finish. The sofa beds are a good size and comfortable and are serviced with ample storage space by numerous fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has walk-in shower and is fresh and modern with all necessary linen provided. The lounge area opens out through patio doors onto a balcony allowing a place to relax and dine during the long warm Cypriot evenings.

This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the motor way exit at Klavdia the apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.
