Our aim is to care for your property as if it were our own.  We aim to deliver extremely high standards and assure every client of our utmost commitment at all times.  Be it laundry, security, handyman service, key holding or general rental cleaning we aim to ensure that you have complete peace of mind at all times.
We are based in the village of Kiti, a location about ten minutes drive from Larnaca and just a two minute drive from our home in Tersefanou.  We are a family based business and pride ourselves on our hands on approach deeming that only if our own high standards of cleanliness and good hygiene will do.
We had been regular visitors to Cyprus for the last twenty years and have been fully relocated for close on five years now.  We have a vast knowledge of the island and its people.  We are acquainted with local developers, businesses and everyday life on the island and thus can help with most questions and situations that may arise.  We offer a range of services, which are explained within this information pack and which can be discussed and tailor fitted to your own requirements.
Our service packages ensure that should you be visiting for a break, have guests coming to stay or be letting your property out on a rental, that all is in place to make the stay a relaxing, trouble free experience.  We have, through extensive research gained while working either in or alongside this type of enterprise, been able to produce packages which we feel meet our customers primary requirements.
The packages described in this document are, in our opinion, suitable for a number of different sets of circumstance.  We understand that there will be a number of reasons for the employment of our services.  Clients have different reasons to use us.  You may own a property that needs constant attention due to high levels of rental.  You may have a holiday home that you wish to arrive at with the intention of a relaxing break without spending three days or so cleaning and gardening.  You may live on the island but wish for us to give that weekly or fortnightly clean that allows you to enjoy the reasons you came to Cyprus.  Whatever your need or circumstance rest assured we feel sure that we can provide the solution.
Pre - Rental Clean
This is of course the most important service of all.  Your guests, your family or your rental client’s first impressions of the appearance and cleanliness of your property can make or break a holiday or short stay.  We take pride in having our property in pristine condition when friends and family come to stay and hope to replicate that feel and impression when you or your guests arrive.  For rental properties this can mean the difference between repeat business and referrals and thus poorly presented accommodation can be a loss of further revenue.

This package includes:

Cleaning Of All Windows Inside & Out
Vacuuming Throughout
Mop Throughout Including Patio & Balcony Areas
Sweep Stamped Concrete
Making Up Of Beds
Laying Out Of Towels
Cleaning Of All Surfaces

On completion of our visit your property should offer inviting living accommodation for you or your guests.  You may well combine this package with another service.  Guests staying for two weeks or longer may well find a “Mid-Stay Clean” of benefit and/or the addition of a “Welcome Pack”.  Another feature you may like to employ here is the “Meet & Greet” package as this will give extra confidence to your guests on their arrival and take away some of the uncertainty that sometimes accompanies a visit to a new area and /or country.
Post - Rental Clean
Your guests will have by now departed and your property may well be in need of some tender loving care to bring it back to “Our” previously discussed standards.  The “Post-Rental” clean is essential to ensure that everything is in order with your property.  Your property will be cleaned and likewise bedding and towels will need to be washed and ironed.  We will also inspect the property for damage and breakages prior to the refund of any security deposit to the guests.

The package includes:

Vacuuming Throughout
Mop Throughout Including Patio & Balcony Areas.
Wash Bed Linen
Wash Bathroom Towels & Tea Towels
Store Bed Linen & Towels Back Into Storage
Empty Waste Bins
Put Out Rubbish For Collection
Deposit Refund Check

One important aspect is to, once the property has been cleaned, make sure that all electrical appliances are switched off, where applicable, and that the house is secure with regard to doors being locked and windows secured. We will also check the correct functioning of the utilities, electricity, water & electrical appliances.  On the conclusion of this package the property should be secure, clean and ready to conduct a “Pre-Rental” clean prior to your next visit or that of your guests.
Mid - Stay Clean
This can be of great benefit to all users of your property.  You may well be using your holiday home for a couple of weeks and may well find that it could do with a change of linen and a brush-up during your stay.  Rather than have a “cleaning day” you may find that a morning out and a stroll along the beach a more relaxing and favourable thing to do.  Let us come in and freshen up and take the strain.  For your guests this can be a godsend.  After a week of “holidaying” it may well be that this service is well overdue.  Furthermore it will restore your property back to something close to the level, which your guests walked into at the start of their rental.  Some owners may well require, and guests request, a daily version of the “Mid-Stay” Clean and this can be provided at your request.

Extra items can be added to the “Mid-Stay” clean at your request.  We feel sure that this service, during a break, adds an air of professionalism to your rental and increases the possibilities of future re-bookings.  The visit also allows you to be aware of any factors that may be of concern to you during the period of the rental and gives you time to address them during the rental period.
Welcome Packs
We know through personal experience that arriving to your holiday home or rental property and finding nothing in the cupboard is the last thing you need.  If you have traveled five hours on a plane and a further hour or so on to the property after an early start in the morning then you will be gasping for a cup of tea or a mug of coffee.  For new renters not knowing where the local shop is at three in the morning is the last thing you need with two small children in tow!  Our “Welcome Packs” can eliminate all of this.  The pack will make a good impression with your guests and will show that you have thought of everything and have created the right first impression for them.  The packs can be tailor-made to suit the number of guests arriving and have addition items added on request.
We can include a personal message with the guests name on it wishing them a good holiday from you.   Additional “Welcome Packs” can be ordered which can be made up at your request, these may include flowers, wine, boxes of chocolates, and in fact whatever combination you require.  Please ask for a quote.   A “Welcome Pack” really can set a rental off to the right start.
The standard pack for two guests contains:

A Loaf Of Bread -  A Bottle Of Milk -  Tub Of Spread -  Bottled Fresh Water -  Coffee -  Tea -  Marmalade -  Orange Juice -  Cereal -  Sugar -  Bisciuts
Meet And Greet
If you wish to add that something special to your guests rental experience you may wish to add “Meet & Greet” to services that are included within your rental price.
The “Meet & Greet” can be offered in two different formats dependant on whether you have a Basic or Advertisers Management Agreement with us or are using the service as a non-package client.  If you are package holders then we can meet your guests on their arrival at the property as a complementary service within the original cost of the package.  This way you have confidence that your guests have arrived and that they have had the minimal amount of trouble in becoming familiar with their surroundings, facilities and the property itself.  If you are not package holders then this will become a chargable service.  For all clients this service becomes chargable when the service is requested at the airport or away from the property or complex.  The standard cost of the meet and greet at the airport or away from the complex is subject to an additional fee if the service is required between the hours of mid-night to 5.45am.  Please see our on line price list for further details and costs.  Your guests may well request this service from you which can be included within your rental price or can be paid locally to us on their arrival.
Deep Clean
The package includes: Handing Over The Key Meeting Guests At Property Or Resort Showing The Property Answering Any Questions Short Explanation Of The Area Location Of Nearest Shops Basic Background Information On Services & Facilities Collection Of The Key On Rental Completion
This service is in demand, as most people like to have somewhere to touch base with while in a new environment.  This service is a personal welcome service provided by the property owner and therefore is not intended as a call-out service.  For those guests not hiring a vehicle the Meet and Greet will be included within the Airport Transfer fee. (Prices for this service are avilable on request)
This often is a one-off procedure.  Clients wishing to have a home cleaned prior to moving in after a long period with the property shut up.  It may also apply to a client wishing to bring the standard of cleanliness and presentation up to a high standard perhaps as a result of the property being placed on the market for sale.  Another scenario is a client taking possession of a property and wishing it to be cleaned prior to taking up residence.  Whatever the case this package will ensure that a very fastidious clean of the property takes place.  This package will result in the property looking bright, clean, hygienic and presentable.

Key Holding

The issue of “Key Holding” is an important matter when sourcing a maintenance company to look after and trust with the day-to-day running and security of your property.  We deem it as a vital necessity to be holders as it allows us access to your property to carry out the duties you have requested of us.  Your key will be kept on our premises at all times and will be securely locked away when not in use.  The holding of keys is a large personal responsibility for us and a matter of great trust for you.  On your instruction only, we will provide the key to your guests and tradesmen and even then we will log its movements in our key diary.
If we are not to be key-holders and your guests will bring keys with them, we will need access to a key at the time that you wish us to conduct our duties for you.  This is not a preferred method as this often results in belated servicing of your property and un-necessary delays for you, your guests and us.  Key Holding can be purchased as a single service or as part of the Basic and Advertisers Management Agreements making it much more cost effective.
Additional Services
Whatever service you or your guests may require we will be happy to assist.  Additional services that are common place include Cot hire, High Chair hire, and  Airport Transfers.  We are pleased to receive clients requests and will do all in our power to provide the service that is required.  Some requests may take longer to source so please allow us much notice as possible prior to your guests arrival.
