This modern and well planned two bed apartment sits on the edge of the village of Tersefanou on the southern coast of Cyprus. The apartment is located on the middle floor of three and enjoys unbroken views across fields to the coastline. The balcony is a relaxing and spacious area in which to relax and enjoy the views while sunbathing during the day or a delightful place to dine on an evening. The complex has a secured main entrance door which gives access to either the marble staircase or elevator system which leads to the apartment. The main living area is open plan and flows through to an area set aside for dining and then on to a modern fully fitted kitchen. This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the motorway exit at Klavdia the apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course. The traditional Cypriot village of Perivolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. A car would be useful with this apartment unless you just wish to stroll to the tavernas of Tersefanou and just relax.

LONG TERM RENTAL ADVERT

The owner wishes to rent on a long term basis with a minimum contract of six months. The apartment will also be available for short term holiday let if not occupied. A long term tenant will be responsible for the utility bills for the period of their tenancy. A solar panel provides much of the hot water supply to the apartment and in general running costs are low. Local council tax is currently 125 Euros per year. The owner will require a month in advance and a holding deposit equal to the agreed monthly rent. This apartment may well be of interest to employees at the new international airport or anyone involved in the construction of the forthcoming golf and country club that is to be built on the far side of the village.
