This exceptionally well furnished apartment occupies a desirable position on the middle floor of three within the impressive Elysian Fields Spa Resort in Tersefanou just slightly west of Larnaca city. Newly completed in spring 2010 it benefits from an good sized balcony which provides a wonderful place to relax and dine. The property has been thoughtfully furnished to high standards to ensure that guests requirements have all been accommodated. The apartment is either accessed via an elevator system or by means of a staircase. Once in the property there is a fully fitted kitchen which incorporates washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave along with the essentials of toaster and kettle and all crockery. The open plan layout leads on to a spacious lounge diner where two comfortable sofas, one of which is a good quality sofa bed, coffee table and TV/DVD with satellite are located. The satellite provides a good selection of movies and series along with a number of news channels. This apartment is designed and has the space to easily accommodate four guests The dedicated dining area has been furnished with table and chairs to accommodate six easily. The apartment has window blinds fitted on all windows. The bedroom has two singles along with ample storage space with numerous fitted wardrobes. This apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the motor way exit at Klavdia the apartment is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required.
