Mazotos is a small pretty village that is located around 10 kilometers from the islands main airport at Larnaca.  Access can be gained via the efficient motor way system or along the coastal road from Larnaca through the village of Kiti.  Its location on a straight road from Tersefanou means that the forthcoming Golf and Country club is only a ten minute drive away.  Due to the motor way net work the cities of Pafos, Nicosia and Larnaca are all within easy reach.  This area of coast line is unspoilt and has numerous coves and beaches that add to the peaceful relaxed residence this penthouse can provide.

The penthouse is available on a long term let at this time but the owner is interested in letting it out on short term holiday rental throughout the summer season if unoccupied at that time.  Long term tenants will be expected to pay one month in advance and a payment equal to the monthly rent as a holding security deposit.  Long term tenants will be responsible for the payment of the utility bills while resident although this will not be applicable to short term holiday rental.  The property, completed in 2009, has solar panels which produce much of the hot water supply and metered electricity supply.  The complex was constructed by a respected Larnaca builder and has a splendid finish & appearance.  The village is well served with shops, cafes and a well stocked supermarket.
