This apartment is located in the popular traditional village of Kiti. This large village has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and is just minutes drive from the brand new airport at Larnaca. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the airport take the first exit marked Kiti and Larnaca and follow signs to Kiti. Once on Kiti high street turn left at the police station and then first right before the church. Drive to end of this road straight to the apartment. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east.

SHORT TERM RENTAL ADVERT
A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cheque. The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required. A £100 security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection). Additional services are available on request which may include; Airport transfers, Welcome Packs, Mid-Stay Cleans and Formal Meet & Greets.
