The complex is located on Protaras Ave in Kapparis.  The island is serviced by two brand new aiprorts, Larnaca 45 minutes and Paphos around 110 minutes drive, and access from both these points is by way of the islands modern motorway system.  The road from Larnaca airport leads directly to the motorway and Kapparis is found by following the signs to Ayia Napa & Protaras.  At the end of the motorway take the option for Paralimni and once there head towards the coastal area which is Kapparis.

This apartment is available for holiday rental although the owner will take enquiries regarding long lets.  The nearest amenities are within a couple of minutes walk.  No pets are permitted and this is a non-smoking property.  A car is not necessary once at the property as everything is within short walking distance.  The property is suitable for couples and families alike.  The owner offers a 5% discount when booking two or more consecutive weeks.  A security deposit of 100GBP's is payable on all bookings which is refunable within 14 days of a return date following a satisfactory inspection.  Other sevice are available on request.
