This penthouse apartment is located in the village of Tersefanou on the edge of the forthcoming Larnaca Golf and Country Club. The large village of Kiti, which has banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, is about 2km away. The apartment can be reached via the coastal road from Limassol in one direction or from Larnaca, around 10 minutes drive, from the other. From the motor way exit at Klavdia the penthouse is 5 minutes drive through the area set aside for the new PGA Larnaca golf course. The traditional Cypriot village of Pervolia, with its street side cafes, is 10 minutes drive through Kiti to its coastal setting. Nicosia, the islands capital, is 30 minutes drive with its traditional old town and modern shopping malls while the sun kissed beaches of Ayia Napa and Protaras are 35 minutes to the east. Access from the island's new airport is clearly marked follow signs to Kiti then Tersefanou.

A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure a reservation. This can be paid by bank transfer or cheque. The full holiday price is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your departure. If the reservation is made less than 6 weeks from the start of your holiday, the full amount will be required. A £100 security deposit is required for any damage/loss/non-return of keys (refundable within 14 days of your return following satisfactory inspection). Bookings made 3 months in advance will be offered 10% discount as will bookings of 2 weeks or more. Our English speaking agent is on hand to answer all of your questions.
